LIFETIME GUARANTEE
Thésaurí jewellery from the collections MUSE and CHEVALIER is made of stainless steel. This metal is significantly more durable and scratch-resistant than brass, silver or gold.
For the plating, we use a vacuum-coating process called PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). This is a much stronger alternative to traditional electroplating. To ensure premium quality, we apply the maximum possible plating thickness—using twice as much 14k gold or rhodium as the industry standard.
This combination makes MUSE and CHEVALIER jewellery waterproof and resistant to tarnishing, fading, and colour loss over time—even with regular exposure to water, sweat, and daily use.
What is covered
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all stainless-steel parts of the jewellery from the MUSE and CHEVALIER collections.
We will provide a replacement if your stainless steel jewellery:

tarnishes,

fades,
-
loses its colour, or
-
breaks during normal, intended use.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover:

silver jewellery (pre-2026 collections),
-
leather parts of the jewellery,
-
lost or stolen items,
-
intentional damage or damage caused by third parties,
-
damage caused by misuse, including exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive force,
-
surface scratches, dents, bending, or other cosmetic or shape changes resulting from wear or external impact,
-
any modifications, repairs, or alterations made by third parties.
Replacement policy

We offer one free replacement per item.

If the same jewellery is available, we will send a replacement.

If the jewellery is no longer available, you will receive a refund or store credit.

After the first replacement, any further approved claims for the same jewellery will be resolved with a refund or store credit.
How to claim
To submit a claim, please email your request to jewellery@thesauri.eu.
Please include:

a clear photo showing the issue and

your order or receipt number (proof of purchase).
Within 2 business days, we will provide further instructions. Return shipping requirements will be communicated during the claim process. Please note that if a return is required, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
SILVER JEWELLERY WARRANTY

Our Lifetime Guarantee applies only to stainless steel jewellery.

Silver jewellery (pre-2026 collections) is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, which applies to manufacturing defects only.
