Return and Shipping Policy

This Return and Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipping, return, and warranty procedures for all purchases made from Thesauri s.r.o. ("the Company," "we," "us") via www.thesauri.eu.

1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Methods and Costs

The Company provides free worldwide shipping on all orders.

  • European Union, United Kingdom, & United States of America: Shipping is facilitated via DHL Express and is fully tracked.

  • Other Regions: Shipping is facilitated via Slovak Post and includes limited tracking.

 

1.2 Import Duties and Taxes

  • European Union: Orders are treated as local shipping; therefore, no additional taxes or customs duties apply.

  • United Kingdom & United States of America: Orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) terms. All applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by the Company and included in the final product price.

  • Other Regions: Orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes imposed by local customs authorities. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for specific regulatory information.

     

1.3 Processing and Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Processing: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within two to three (2-3) business days. During high-demand periods, preparation may require an additional two to three (2-3) business days.

  • Pre-orders: Jewellery designated as a pre-order is produced and shipped within six to eight (6–8) weeks.

  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • European Union, United Kingdom, & United States of America: 2–5 business days via DHL Express.

    • Other Regions: 10–21 business days via Slovak Post.

  • Customers will receive tracking information via email upon dispatch.

2. Return and Cancellation Policy

2.1 30-Day Return Right

Customers have the right to return products within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery.

 

  • Condition for Return: Items must be in their original, unworn condition.

  • Packaging: Jewellery must be returned in its original box.

  • Identification: Returns must be accompanied by the order or receipt number as proof of purchase.

     

2.2 Return Procedure

  1. Notification: To initiate a return, email jewellery@thesauri.eu with your order or receipt number.

  2. Instruction: The Company will process the request within two (2) business days and provide shipping instructions via email.

  3. Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

     

2.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of the Company receiving the returned product, subject to inspection.

 

2.4 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled by contacting jewellery@thesauri.eu. If the order has already been dispatched, the customer remains responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

3. Lifetime Guarantee and Warranty Policy

3.1 Lifetime Guarantee (Stainless Steel)

All jewellery from the MUSE and CHEVALIER collections is covered by our Lifetime Guarantee.

 

  • Coverage: This guarantee covers instances where the stainless steel jewellery tarnishes, fades, loses its colour, or breaks during normal, intended use.

     

  • Remedy:

    • The Company provides one (1) free replacement per item.

    • If the item is out of stock, the customer will receive a refund or store credit.

    • After the first replacement, any further approved claims for the same piece will be resolved exclusively with a refund or store credit.

       

  • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover surface scratches, dents, bending, or cosmetic changes resulting from normal wear ; lost or stolen items ; intentional damage ; or damage caused by harsh chemicals or third-party alterations.

     

3.2 Silver Jewellery Warranty (Pre-2026 collections)

Silver jewellery from collections released prior to 2026 is covered by a two (2) year warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only.

 

3.3 Warranty Claim Procedure

To submit a claim, email jewellery@thesauri.eu with a clear photo showing the issue and the order or receipt number. The Company will provide instructions within two (2) business days.

 

4. Customer Obligations

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

  • Being available to receive shipments or arranging for receipt.

  • Inspecting products upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly.

  • Thesauri s.r.o. is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.

5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
