LIFETIME GUARANTEE

THÉSAURÍ jewellery from the MUSE and CHEVALIER collections is made of stainless steel. This metal is significantly more scratch-resistant than silver and, unlike brass, will not turn skin green.

 

For the coating, we use PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition). In a vacuum chamber, rhodium or titanium settles on the steel atom by atom. The process is better for the environment than traditional electroplating, and the coating it creates is more durable.

 

These properties make MUSE and CHEVALIER jewellery waterproof and resistant to tarnishing, fading and colour loss over time, even with daily use.

What is covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers all stainless-steel parts of the jewellery from the MUSE and CHEVALIER collections.

We will provide a replacement if your stainless steel jewellery:

  • tarnishes,

  • fades,

  • loses its colour, or

  • breaks during normal, intended use.

What is not covered

The guarantee does not cover:

  • silver jewellery (pre-2026 collections),

  • leather or textile parts of the jewellery,

  • lost or stolen items,

  • intentional damage or damage caused by third parties,

  • damage caused by misuse, including exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive force,

  • surface scratches, dents, bending, or other cosmetic or shape changes resulting from wear or external impact,

  • any modifications, repairs, or alterations made by third parties.

Replacement policy

  • We offer one free replacement per item.

  • If the same jewellery is available, we will send a replacement.

  • If the jewellery is no longer available, you will receive a refund or store credit.

  • After the first replacement, any further approved claims for the same jewellery will be resolved with a refund or store credit.

How to claim

To submit a claim, please email your request to jewellery@thesauri.eu.

 

Please include:

  • a clear photo showing the issue and

  • your order or receipt number (proof of purchase).

Within 2 business days, we will provide further instructions. Return shipping requirements will be communicated during the claim process. Please note that if a return is required, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

SILVER JEWELLERY WARRANTY

  • Our Lifetime Guarantee applies only to stainless steel jewellery.

  • Silver jewellery (pre-2026 collections) is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, which applies to manufacturing defects only.
