Lifetime warranty - which collections are covered?
Our Lifetime Guarantee covers Thésaurí stainless steel jewellery against tarnish, fading, or accidental breakage.
Lifetime Guarantee does not cover silver jewellery (pre-2026 collections), lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or third-party damaged items.
To claim a free replacement, email a photo and order number to jewellery@thesauri.eu. After the first free replacement, any further issues qualify for a refund or a store credit.
Can I return/exchange jewellery?
We offer 30 DAYS RETURN.
We believe you should adore your Thésaurí jewellery. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy, so your piece doesn't have to languish in your jewellery box.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at jewellery@thesauri.eu, and we will happily guide you through the next steps.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we completely understand that sometimes changes happen at the last moment.
To request a cancellation, please email us at jewellery@thesauri.eu. We will review your request promptly and guide you through the next steps.
If your order has already been shipped when you contact us, you can still return it. However, please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
