Your THÉSAURÍ piece should be one you love wearing. If the size isn’t right or you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days for any reason.
How to initiate a return

Email us at jewellery@thesauri.eu. Please include your order or receipt number in your email.

Allow us 2 business days to process your request. We'll send you shipping instructions via email.

Pack your jewellery up in the original box and ship it back.

Refund
Once we receive your return, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

2-year warranty for leather parts, textile parts, and silver jewellery (pre-2026 collections) covers all manufacturing defects

To claim a free replacement or refund, email a photo and order or receipt number to jewellery@thesauri.eu.

Allow us 2 business days to process your request. We'll send you return instructions via email.
Replacement/refund

If we have the same piece in stock, we will send you a free replacement. If we don’t have the same jewellery in stock, we will issue you a refund or a store credit.

After the first free replacement, any further issues qualify for a refund or a store credit.
What is not covered

Lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or third-party damaged items.

Damage from harsh chemicals or rough handling.
